I wanted to pay homage to one of my favorite animated films from my childhood, Disney’s Atlantis: The Lost Empire!

It was so fun to be able to apply all that I’ve learned with working with licenses on to this project. I wanted to really honor all of the work that the original concept team created, making sure to be as model accurate as possible, and making sure that the overall tone of the piece fits well with the property.
